Các điều khoản này áp dụng cho phần mềm và ứng dụng do KAMI LAB phát hành. Dùng phần mềm nghĩa là bạn đồng ý với những điều dưới đây.These terms apply to software and applications published by KAMI LAB. Using the software means you accept the terms below.

Tài khoảnAccounts

Tài khoản do quản trị viên của đơn vị cấp và thuộc về đơn vị đó. Bạn giữ kín mật khẩu và chịu trách nhiệm với việc làm dưới tài khoản của mình.Accounts are issued by the organisation administrator and belong to that organisation. Keep your password private; you are responsible for actions taken under your account.

Cách dùng được phépAcceptable use

• Không nhập dữ liệu sai sự thật, nhất là dữ liệu chấm công và đơn từ.Do not enter false information, especially attendance records and requests.
• Không dùng phần mềm để quấy rối, xúc phạm hay phát tán nội dung trái pháp luật.Do not use the software to harass, insult or distribute unlawful content.
• Không can thiệp, dịch ngược hay dò tìm lỗ hổng của hệ thống khi chưa được chúng tôi cho phép bằng văn bản.Do not tamper with, reverse engineer or probe the system for vulnerabilities without our written permission.

Dữ liệu của đơn vịOrganisation data

Dữ liệu do đơn vị và người dùng nhập vào thuộc về đơn vị. KAMI LAB chỉ xử lý để chạy dịch vụ theo hợp đồng, và theo Chính sách riêng tư.Data entered by an organisation and its users belongs to that organisation. KAMI LAB processes it only to operate the service under contract, and according to the Privacy policy.

Ngừng dịch vụSuspension

Chúng tôi có thể tạm ngừng tài khoản vi phạm điều khoản hoặc gây hại cho hệ thống, và sẽ báo cho đơn vị biết lý do.We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or harms the system, and will tell the organisation why.

Giới hạn trách nhiệmLimitation of liability

Phần mềm được cung cấp theo thoả thuận dịch vụ với từng đơn vị. Chúng tôi không chịu trách nhiệm cho thiệt hại gián tiếp ngoài phạm vi thoả thuận đó.The software is provided as described in the service agreement with each organisation. We are not liable for indirect damages beyond the scope of that agreement.

Luật áp dụngGoverning law

Điều khoản này theo pháp luật Việt Nam. Tranh chấp giải quyết tại toà án có thẩm quyền tại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh.These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are resolved by the competent court in Ho Chi Minh City.
